Alfred worked at Deloitte Malawi for 2 years before moving to National Bank of Malawi as a Team Leader -Management and Financial Reporting for 4 years. He then moved to Unilever Malawi to head the Finance Division and was part of the Unilever Malawi senior leadership for 4 years before moving to TNM Plc as Treasury and Financial Analyst.

Alfred is a certified chartered accountant with an ACCA qualification, Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Malawi and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant in Malawi (ICAM).
Zagwazatha Matale
Zagwa brings a wealth of experience in the Microfinance industry where he has served for over a decade in various roles specifically in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service and Collections.

Having started with Airtel Malawi as Customer Service Executive, Zagwa went on to Greenwing Capital Limited as Loans Officer, Creditlink Limited as Collections Supervisor and Select Financial Services Limited as a Collections Manager then as Regional Manager. While working as a Regional Manager, he was managing the Sales and Marketing activities of the whole Southern Region of Malawi.

Zagwa possesses an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Malawi Polytechnic- Continuing Education Center and currently studying for a Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Ethel Nthara possesses 18 years of work experience in providing Banking services, Credit Analysis and Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management and Sales and Marketing.

She worked at Standard Bank of Malawi as a Business Banker under SME and Team Leader. She joined NBS Bank as an SME Team Leader responsible for managing Sales and Marketing activities under the entire Limbe cluster. Ethel has vast experience in managing SME clients and she is responsible for driving Sales under the SME business at Pinnacle.
